Account & Data Deletion

If you would like to permanently delete your Qlearit account and all associated data from our servers, you can submit a deletion request by following the steps below:

• Send an email to soartechhq@gmail.com.
• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
• Ensure you send the email from the exact email address associated with your Qlearit account so we can verify your identity.

Alternatively, you can message the site administrator directly through our WhatsApp Community channel to initiate the data removal process.

Once we receive your request, we will process the complete deletion of your user profile, authentication records, and all files stored in our databases within 7 to 14 business days.
