Qlearit is designed for students across various age groups. We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of children and comply strictly with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Google Play Families Policy.

• Age Screening: We implement a neutral age screen during onboarding. If a user is identified as a child under the applicable age of digital consent, we restrict data collection to only what is strictly necessary to operate the app.
• Appropriate Content: All AI-generated content (including chat responses, tutorial chunks, and quizzes) is strictly filtered to ensure it is safe, educational, and appropriate for children.
• Advertising: If advertisements are shown within the app, they are strictly sourced from Google Play certified ad networks. We ensure that any ads served to users identified as children are age-appropriate and compliant with all families-related ad regulations.

These include secure cloud infrastructure for authentication, database management, and file storage. We use third-party service providers, specifically Google AdMob, to display advertisements within Qlearit. These services may collect and use certain data, including your device's Advertising ID, IP address, and interaction data, to provide personalized advertising and analyze app performance.
